Togetherness Meditation - Day 8

Today, the shout-out to 'check-in' for meditation will go out at 3:15pm PST/6:15pm EST and we will all 'begin' around 5 minutes later. Set your timers for 15 minutes and then don't forget the post-meditation 'check-in/out' in the comment section and/or on Twitter.

Also, be on the look-out for a call to STOP. DROP. MEDITATE! from a CREWmember or two. As KamikaZen has pointed out, 'here and now meditation' is a wonderful way to stay in the present and connect with the CREW - no matter where you may be!

  1. So, while sitting, after being very quiet I opened up and came to this conclusion: Stimulus begets reaction which begets later revelation that both clarifies the stimulus by reduction and reveals the fruit or folly of the reaction by way of comparison. When stimulus comes: wait.

    Thank you.

  2. Togetherness meditation today was a flurry of thoughts - thoughts about identity and suffering, about choices and wants. I embraced their ebb and flow, just allowing them to come and go. Thank you to the CREW for being present on the path and accompanying me on the journey. _/\_

  3. Next three days will be a bit complicated for me.

I'm helping out my Tibetan friends at the art show while attending Mingyur Rimpoche's teachings, so I might not be able to report for check-ins, but please don't consider me MIA quite just yet.

    I'm here, just a bit silent. _/|\_ :-) \m/
