Walking meditation today, complete with foot cramp. My rhythm was a little off - lots of thoughts fluttering about. Noticed that I tend to hold my breath when walking: breathe in, breathe out --> needs work! Also spotted a bamboo plant that looked a little thirsty - 'monkey mind' I know but hey watering plants is very meditative too! _/\_
Still in 'tourist guide' mode 'till Friday, so I set my alarm and practiced mindful awareness of my surroundings. Really missed the CREW's tweets, but had a warm feeling inside just knowing we were all 'meditating together miles apart'. _/|\_ :-) \m/
