Hi OMC! Early this morning there was an #OMCru shout-out from @Shuliji (on Twitter). She will be sending regular shout-outs at around 3am PDT/6am EDT for our super early risers and International Crew.
Scheduled midday togetherness meditation for the Online Meditation Crew will be at 11:15am PDT/2:15pm EDT. Take a break from your day and join in! All are welcome!
The #EveningCrew will continue its back-to-back hourly shout-outs at 6pm PDT/9pm EDT and 7pm PDT/10pm EDT.
With impromptu Stop. Drop. MEDITATE! shout-outs and scheduled get-togethers, there are plenty of opportunities to join in togetherness meditation with the Crew throughout the day!

ReplyDeleteOver the next few days the 6 am Eastern shout-out from me will be sporadic due to Jewish High Holidays and travelling for training as a restorative circles facilitator (see http://events.constantcontact.com/register/event?oeidk=a07e2wr686e2c39514f and follow @Restoracircles).
In general, you can expect to see me shout out around 6 am Eastern on weekdays - I'm not nuts enough about meditation to get up that early on the weekend!!
