Today, the Online Meditation Crew will come together for a midday meditative meetup at 10:45am PDT/1:45pm EDT. Later in the day, the #EveningCrew will do shout-outs at 6pm PDT/9pm EDT and 7pm PDT/10pm EDT.
Please be on the lookout for impromptu Stop. Drop. MEDITATE! requests throughout the day. Look for the #OMCru hashtag to pop up whenever anyone in the Crew is planning to meditate and would like to share in practice with others.
Also, please feel free to jot down in the comment section of each day's blog post and/or on Twitter any post-meditation reflections you would like to share with the Crew.
