The Online Meditation Crew did some meditatin' today...
We got together at 11:30am PDT/2:30pm EDT to travel the Middle Way.
After the sun goes down, the #EveningCrew will rise...
But then most of them will sit right back down, so don't be surprised!
If you #wannasit, walk, chant, practice Metta, or just deeply breathe,
The Crew welcomes *you* to join in and wait 15 minutes before you leave!
The Crew shares recipes, book reviews, and music preferences, it's true...
But the favorite pastime of the Crew is sharing meditative practice with you! _/\_
