Hello Online Meditation Crew!
To start off the day, shout-outs by @Shuliji, @the_KamikaZEN, and @HanumanDass got the Morning Crew together for some shared meditative practice.
The midday meditative meetup will be led by @TheZenOutlaw at 10:45am PDT/1:45pm EDT. All are welcome to join in!
Later in the day, the #EveningCrew will join in meditative togetherness between the hours of 6-9pm PDT/9pm-12midnight EDT.
Also, be on the lookout throughout the day for impromptu Stop. Drop. MEDITATE! requests from CREWmembers far and wide. And jot down some post-meditation reflections in the comment section of the daily blog post and/or on Twitter.

Hoping more of the Crew post here. Twitter is not so much of a real connection. A post here is a commitment to share and to help, to be held accountable. Cyber space is not as comforting as in person so we must bridge that gap by offering more of ourselves here. I am Shing, also known as Paul and some other unmentionable names, I have acquired through the years. :) I live in PA and have been a practicing Buddhist for almost 4 years. I discovered Buddhism in an Eastern Religions class that I was taking at the same time I was going through some personal difficulties. I started meditating as a stress relief device then discovered Noah Levine and the Dharma Punx and was inspired by Noah’s story to delve deeper. I love punk music, cigars, international rugby, Chiefs football and my Lakers! I have two awesome sons, my monkeys, and am now a single father running through life and enjoying watching them grow. I am inspired daily by the #OMCru and appreciate all that everyone shares! Namaste!
