Our #MorningCrew is now sending regular shout-outs between 4:00am - 6:00am PDT / 7:00am - 9:00am EDT. What better way to kick-start your day?
Our daily mid-day call to meditative arms will come from @The_KamikaZEN at 11:30am PDT / 2:30pm EDT. Set an alarm, post a sticky note, ask your little sister to poke you...anything to make sure you'll be there in togetherness with the Crew. ;-)
The #EveningCrew is growing strong, with daily shout-outs between 6:00pm - 9:00pm PDT / 9:00pm - midnight EDT. Great for calming the mind before calling it a day.
