Hello Online Meditation Crew!
Today, the scheduled midday #OMCru meditative meetup will be held at 11:15am PDT/2:15pm EDT. Later in the day, the #EveningCrew will get together to share practice at 6pm PDT/9pm EDT and 7pm PDT/10pm EDT.
The flow of #OMCru shout-outs - whether scheduled or impromptu Stop. Drop. MEDITATE! requests - goes a lil somethin' like this:
1. Pre-meditation check-in: A roll call to gather anyone and everyone who would like to practice together with the Crew and a time to prepare for practice.
2. BEGIN: The time when the whole Crew will start their individual meditative practices...together! Practice times vary...but we aim to all practice together for 15 minutes.
3. Post-meditation check-in: An opportunity to 'check out' with the Crew - say farewells and post reflections. Everyone is welcome to use the comment section in the Blog to jot down some thoughts, ideas, feelings after practice.
