Head colds and other samsaric delicacies kept our blog from being properly updated yesterday, but that didn't stop the metta and shout-outs from flowing all thru the day and well into this morning.
Since today is a busy family day for our friends in the US, our mid-day meditative meetup will be a bit earlier than usual, 10:00am PST / 1:00pm EST, so as to give folks a chance to be mindful without burning their Thanksgiving dinners.
And as for our evening and after-dark crews they are still right on schedule, so be on the lookout for their shout-outs!
